I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Pleasant experience, no issues

fir a hospital it eas a good experience

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.
