Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

Excellent reception area, warm greeting and very helpful. Everywhere was so clean, and all staff very polite and smiley.

One of the best clinics in the UK. Very efficient service. The audiologists who works there is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience in this field so you don’t have to think twice. I had recommended this clinic to one of my friends who had an ear infection, thanks to Mr Jills Kurian who was there to help, understood their situation and was prompt with rehabilitation. I Highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help with hearing difficulties, tinnitus, wax or any other ear related issues.
