Cromwell Hospital is generally always a good experience.

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

I can’t find anything negative in this hospital, the staff nurses, doctors, consultants, domestic staff members, cleaners, waitresses, everyone which contributed to my care, was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, supportive kind people.
