As a trauma surgeon myself 10 stars for excellent rapid testing, and very competent and well trained staff/

Amazing staff and very clean waiting rooms for surgery. Overall experience was second to none. Will be a returning patient if ever necessary.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Mr Bott is extremely measured and reassuring in his advice. He always highlights the risks and benefits in arriving at his conclusions

The hospital staff was very pleasant and helpful. No long wait for my appointment.
