Professionnel but not the friendliest

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

This was my 1st visit and I was very happy with how it went. Rception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I felt very at ease with the dentist and everything was explained clearly. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years. When you feel like you have made friends, find yourself joking and laughing and happy at the dentist you know they are doing something right! Not only do Colin, Ryan and the whole team put me at ease their work is of the highest standard. I’m so lucky to have found you, thanks for all you have done for me. Exceptional experience. I have feared dentists all my life after a very unpleasant experience as a child, but Dr Feran couldn’t have been any more reassuring, patient and thorough.
