The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

Clean location. Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Very little waiting time indeed.

Lovely hospital - would recommend.

Reflux problems were efficiently tested and now I feel much better thanks to Dr Sami's expertise. He is truely the best. And very kind doctor.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
