Excellent facilities and exceptional staff

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.

Nowhere to park, not the friendliest of welcomes, left waiting in reception - was worried I was on the wrong floor but sign said to wait - luckily was waiting in the right place.

Ali in the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Thanks for his reminder about the payment plan avoiding me from some issues with insurance company.

Dr Lovat was just what I needed. Knowledge, kind & patient. I have a long-standing issue with my stomach but feel immeasurably reassured since my consultation. Highly recommended
