Very friendly and efficient

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

Very helpful staff qnd very nice building. Waiting area was very comfortable and the complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Nice and short wait
