I had a severe and very debilitating attack of Bbpv vertigo last week and could barely stand up. Emyr was able to provide a clear diagnosis of the problem and successfully performed the correct manoeuvre to rectify it. As he only worked in the evening once a week this just didn’t work. I don’t have a car, phone conversation is not appropriate. As the Priory hold my notes I found it unnecessary to repeat my information again. Over 2 weeks was lost having and waiting for a blood test for vitamin B12. ( it was normal)The only suggestion was to change my antidepressant .( over 65’s can’t take more than 20 mg of citalopram) This I didn’t want to do without easier access to advice. Dr Kassim agreed. He was always was polite but I’m afraid for me it was a negative experience.
