Marc is kind, caring, responsive, and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone that is in need of assistance from a mental health perspective. Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. Instantly, I felt a sense of care and understanding from her, and everything was explained to me thoroughly. She has supported me through 4 inpatient admissions, and has helped me begin my journey to recovery.

Having contracted COVID-19, which subsequently led to the development of long COVID, I underwent weekly Perrin Technique sessions with Rakhee for several months. I am now delighted to report that I have fully resumed working without experiencing any symptoms. I feel just as healthy as I did before my battle with COVID-19.
