Mark did a great job fixing my wrist years ago. In 2017, I had a frykman-7 destroyed wrist and he managed to operate it so well that I was able to do push ups within six weeks… now a couple of years later I still not even the mildest problems with my wrist and it feels like new. In additionale was very kind and explained everything in a very transparent and understandable way

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Your knee will be OK and back to normal if you have the good fortune of having Mr Rajaratnam as your surgeon. I had ACL total rupture, and was concerned whether things will return to normal. Sam was excellent during the consultation, diagnosing and explaining the injury and process for surgery and recovery excellently. He then carried out surgery on my knee and used my hamstring tendons to replace the severed ACL. The surgery was beyond my expectations. The keyhole cut was so neat and my knee improved so quickly, getting my flexibility and mobility back within just a few weeks. There is a long path to full recovery, but with Sam’s excellent advice and great ‘workmanship’ on my knee, I am now very confident that I will be back to normal and doing the sports I love before long. Thank you Sam!!!

Incredibly professional, very efficient and went out of way to make time for me. Keyhole surgery on knee recovered very quickly with no complication and almost invisible to eye. Could not have gone better and enjoyed having Prof Bhattacharya as my surgeon.

I found Mr Caeser to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful. My only concern is I have not had any follow up since the appointment, so I will take this up with Bupa and with the secretary.
