Very welcoming and seen on time

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

As well as Dr Elmiyeh the entire staff were incredible I’ve never been to a doctors surgery that had such friendly and upbeat staff at the front desk
