Very pleased with my visits to New Victoria Hospital.

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

Great care from all staff from the moment I arrived to when I left.
