Dr Indian Davagnanam was very thorough in explaining the procedure in a very friendly manner, so that nothing came as a surprise during the lumbar puncture. The reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is purely because I was not provided any information by the clinic regarding the procedure beforehand, despite requesting it. I had booked my appointment directly with the clinic, so I cannot blame this on Dr Indran Davagnanam, but it would be really helpful to have some information before the day of the procedure.

Mr Sayal is an excellent communicator and takes the time and trouble not only to explain the medical condition clearly but to set out options and likely outcomes to enable the patient to make an informed decision. He is both professional and caring.

He provided a clear understanding of what the procedure would be, remained in coordination with other members of the medical team showing strong leadership skills and reached out with a follow up denoting good care for his patients.
