My consultation with Dr Dr Chopra at The London Dermatology Centre was truly enlightening. As I was nervous before my appointment. Not only did he listen attentively. Not only did he listen to my concerns, but he also excelled at explaining every aspect of my treatment plan and put me at ease. The moment I stepped into the Centre, I was greeted by a team of incredibly kind & polite staff members. The warmth and professionalism by Randa, set the tone for what turned out to be a smooth experience. From start to finish. I felt valued and well cared for, reinforcing my trust in the expertise of Dr Chopra and all his great team.

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Clean and bright

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.

Easy to find, parking if needed. Spacious and clean. All the staff were courteous and friendly.

Dr Rusinova is a brilliant specialist. Thank you!

Good experience

Other than a long wait for a bed, exceptionally well looked after. Post op visit by doctor who explained procedure and outcome very much appreciated.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.
