i arrived early due to problems on the british rail, on arrival i was told they would try to get me in early. while i was waiting i was offered refreshments.

Very calm environment and friendly administration and welcome staff. All was explained clearly.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
