First time I’ve been to HCA I was nervous but everything went so smoothly whole staff was very helpful. My Dr Iaisha Ali she was the best doctor I have meet in my entire life.

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Clean, no wait time, friendly staff

The London General Practice are a great team. Based on my experiences, they are terrific in communication, flexible in accommodating our needs; and their facilities are immaculate, as well as being very comfortable with (what I imagine are) state-of-the art resources/ equipment.
