Ben is extremely easy to speak to and confide in. He makes the experience very comfortable and safe. He is understanding and has a great way of handling difficult sessions. He allowed me to come to huge realisations on my own, but slowly working through what was happening in my past and present. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles.
