At what is an incredibly scary, daunting and overwhelming time, having Miss Franks looking after me and figuratively holding my hand has been sanity saving. She is an incredibly rare combination of clinical excellence and skill, professionalism and compassion. I feel so lucky to have been under her exceptional care.
