Very well handled putting my nervous daughter at ease. She required several extractions/ crowns/ fillings. The procedure was explained clearly to me, and smoothly carried out by Dr. Patel and team with no complications. Afterwards, everyone was wonderful in comforting her during recovery from the sedation.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. Dr Patel is an excellent dentist I have every confidence in her. She alway does a good job and explains the procedure, the practice nurse is very competent too.

The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.

The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.
