Outstanding facilities

Excellent staff and very prompt.

The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

Reception was quite busy so staff were quite abrupt, didn't feel welcoming but not rude.

Anika was extremely helpful and went over every thing thoroughly. I had steroid injections done and feel much better as a result. I would 100% recommend them

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.

Excellent support and advice from Natasha at PSM. Always come away with a plan for what to work on and I’m feeling improvement after every session. Highly recommend
