Welcoming on arrival and efficient

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

The staff are very knowledgeable of their role and the hospital itself is very clean.

The clinic is ok, staff is helpful, the only small thing was having to re-fill the registration form.

Absolutely the best decision I made after being unable to get an appointment with my GP for several weeks decided to go private and pay and now have all the answers I needed plus a prescription would 100percent recommend and will definitely use in future, all staff excellent!
