I noticed a significant improvement iN managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommend Dr. MEHAT Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.
