The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

Good but busy

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

The whole experience was very good. I had a mammogram , which was most thoroughly and efficiently done, and then saw Miss Roche for my check up

it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish ,no problems at all.

Very helpful service

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
