I found everyone to most helpful, polite and friendly from the nursing staff, doctors, the cleaning staff and the catering staff.

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I have no particular comments. The service was good.
