The HCA healthcare centre was a pleasant building to visit.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Mr Barber is absolutely delightful. His professionalism, honesty and integrity make a very strong foundation for the essential trust required to develop confidence and ease at what can be frightening time for the patient.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.
