My experience at The Princess Grace hospital was nothing short of excellent

First time I visited and was pleasantly surprised. Very clean, easy parking, low waiting time.

Operation went as planned, explained everything to me, felt at ease, very pleased overall.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. I l have not had to wait for long periods. When attending appointments.

I was an outpatient for a procedure on my hip. The hospital was really efficient in their comms, the process was smooth and everything clearly explained. The facilities seemed brand new and spotlessly clean. My room had everything I needed and the food was tasty. The nurse and all other staff were so good at their jobs and took great care of me in a kind and friendly way. My procedure was successful and the surgeon and anaesthetist highly skilled. Easy visitor parking and a lovely experience all around. I’d highly recommend St J & St E hospital to anyone.
