I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.

Excellent rapport with our son, really listened to our concerns and questions, gave us extra time and spoke in detail about our issues. Showed compassion and skill.

Dr Bonaccorso is very thorough, empathetic and supportive. I am very grateful to her as she took her time to understand my history and current life circumstances without rushing to conclusions. Dr Rob is a very warm and welcoming individual, who has helped me talk about some problems which are really hard to say out loud sometimes. I've always felt safe and never judged in his presence, which allowed me to make great progress in the time we had together.

It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.
