The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.

The team was very friendly from arriving at the reception, to then having my scan and the team looked after me especially as I was feeling nervous. I received my results very quickly and it was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a private MRI scan.
