The overall experience is excellent.

I have used this facility on several occasions over the years and have no negatives experience.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Super helpful staff at reception and amazing feeling for the children. Toys in the waiting room. Movie. Very nicely thought through
