I am 67 years old Vitaly G.I was referred to teeth extraction to AF dental. Of course I was scared. From the very first step into clinic I was surprised by friendly atmosphere. My fears totally disappeared when I speak with doctor. After extraction I asked him, have you already remove teeth? Answer : sure. The clinic is wonderful! Excellent service, great communication, and a fantastic play area for kids. The booking service, prior notification service, reception service, waiting-time, cleanliness of the establishment all get an excellent rating. The hygienist was not proficient or dexterous, was not well-presented, he did not have a good 'bedside manner', his customer care and overall performance was well below the usual standard for Riverside.

The service and treatment that I received at One to One Dental Clinic has always been excellent. From first consultation through to my dental plan based on Fazeela Khan-Osbourne's expert knowledge and experience and then the treatment itself. Appointments were always made to accommodate our travel and the clinic was extremely helpful when I had to fit in a procedure with short notice. All staff at the clinic are very professional and friendly which helps ensure that the experience is as calming as can be. I would not hesitate to recommend The One to One Dental Clinic.
