Simon was extremely personable, attentive and empathetic to our situation after hearing about our experience in having to take our baby to A&E. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and never rushed his consultations. Mr Lunawat was amazing, very friendly, informative and couldn’t have done anymore to resolve the medical issue any quicker. It took just 6 days from the first consultation with Mr Lunawat to then having the surgery. Before meeting him we had been waiting 4mths on the NHS and despite it being noted as urgent 4mths earlier we still didn’t receive a date for the surgery on the NHS. Going private with such a great consultant was the best money we’ve ever spent.

Dr Andrich is in every way a superb surgeon clinician and diagnostician. But above all she involves her patient fully with detailed explanations (including to the patient's spouse) of her diagnosis, her surgical plan and her follow up plan. That attention to every detail has been fantastic and goes well beyond what a surgeon needs to do (especially one with such a busy schedule). To me she has been truly excellent in every way possible.
