Extremely satisfied with the care at KEVII [ both as outpatient and inpatient] . Buildings are clean and comfortable. Staff makes the difference, everyone is very friendly and tries to be there for you. Scheduling of all appointments is also well managed. Very supportive also with the admin side of process, especially when you have a "difficult" insurance ! Considering how many times I have to visit a certain department at the KEVII , it is a relief that when I go there I know i will find friendly faces and a comfortable environment, which makes the whole medical experience less daunting.

My experience of the consultation process was excellent and I received the advice and treatment I wanted. The time between booking the appointment and actual consultation was very long, at c. 2 months. This wasn't great but does seem to be an issue with other consultants so assume it reflects the demand for ENT services.

Good hospital ,no cancellation for appointments, friendly stuff , appointment waiting time is good compare with other hospitals .

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.

Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
