As my appointment coincided with their lunchtime, the waiting time was 15 minutes. Walked to the top floor expecting reception to be operating but was told (politely!) that I had to register on the ground floor. Was not happy that I was required to register with HCA Healthcare UK as my details are already held by the clinic and I saw little reason to divulge details again. Refused to sign initially. A woman came to the fourth floor to speak to me but her arguments did not satisfy me. I felt I had little option but to sign.

I had an online consultation with Emily Reilly. She was extremely friendly and warm and made my first appointment very pleasant.

Really pleasant facility. Ladies on reception were welcoming and chatty. Easy to find too!

Fantastic care provided by Erin. I was struggling running 30 mins when I saw here now I’m back to running better than ever. Can’t thank her enough!
