All staff were helpful and very friendly. The atmosphere is calming, Everywhere is extremely clean and tidy. Overall my experience has been perfect and i couldn't wish for any better, Especially considering the taking on of LTC patients. Which i am one of. I'm a patient of the Dry Eye centre, and given the excellent care I'm receiving, I decided also to do a general check of my eyes at the Burnett Hodd & Tam Optometry. All the staff was very welcoming and Doctor Tam helped me to get the right prescription, clarified my doubts and suggested a couple of contact lens options that I could try given my condition. He has been very professional and I felt at ease during the visit.

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.
