The circle hospital was the best hospital experience i've had. It seemed to be running efficiently, it was very clean, the waiting areas were comfortable and the staff were incredible (especially when it came to my fear of needles and having a cannula put in).

Receptionist was very caring when i had a panic attack as I suffer with health anxiety. Doctor Johnstone was very professional and polite.

Priory's organisation seemed to be very good. The initial screening call seemed abrupt at the time and very clinical, but the staff member seemed knowledgeable and matched me with a great clinician. I had Kira as my clinician - from the very first session she created a very safe, welcoming space, explained very clearly the path forward we would take and maintained very clear communication throughout all my sessions. I had never tried or even heard of EMDR and she explained it in a way that was very easy to understand and also the reason behind each of the steps and actions. She was very kind, knowledgeable and I felt that the priority was my health above all.
