Steven Harper (Osteopath) has completely sorted the lower back pain I had been suffering from for about 3 years. He is happy to share his knowledge of anatomy, very amiable and I look forward to every visit.

No major issues but as I get older and still try to stay very active I find that a regular sports massage and dry needling helps to reduce the muscle stress and strains, keeps me moving well without pain and helps improve my flexibility and range of movement.
