I saw Mr K Akhtrar at OSD healthcare to get a second opinion regarding my knee. I was referred to Mr Akhtar by OSD GP, Dr Patel. Mr Akhtar simplified my case beautifully and discusses all available options in great detail. A letter in post arrived a couple of days later which detailed my patient case and I found this super helpful, as I was able to go to the letter for further references. Having gained the crucial information made me relaxed. I highly recommend Mr Akhtar for knee problems.

My hip is wonderful, almost full flexibility and if I need the other one doing I shall be coming!

Mr Molloy from my first appointment to my last appointment explained everything in great detail. He was calm and reassuring and put me at ease on more than one occasion. His skill in performing my operation which was a complete success has given me my life back for which I am extremely grateful.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

As it is an OPD service it has been swift, efficient and productive with a potential plan in place depending on 'tests'. So am very pleased. Hoping the outcome will improve the problem. thank you

Mr Falworth instilled me with confidence, in his thorough clinical assessment and professional manner during consultation. After confirming his diagnosis with MRI scan, he advised surgery which will take place shortly.

Mr Riley took the time to explain my situation and go over x-rays and CT scan images. He ensured I understood everything before moving on. He explained the procedure and my next steps and left me feeling very reassured and supported.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?
