Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.
