Wellington Hospital has one of the best facilities in London. The staff is friendly and efficient especially the nurses.

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

No problems with the facilities

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

Nice small clinic where the staff are all super friendly and go out of their way to help. Just what's needed when you are a little nervous going your 1st time!
