Able to use facilities across the NHS trust so was able to use a cancellation slot at st Mary’s to get a same day MRI . Prefer that support private care in NHS hospitals so that resources go back in to the NHs hospitals

Excellent friendly staff, very clean and tidy, spacious and positive vibe

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

Everything was a 10/10 from reception, waiting room to the very intelligent doctor. Many thanks
