They provided a top-notch service! Very helpful and very informative. Everybody was so nice and explained the results carefully and in terms that I could easily understand.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
