What you would expect of a Harley Street clinic; high quality, efficient, friendly staff, well-established feel. Not overly expensive.

The practice was very efficient, everything ran on time and it was very clean. The reception staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

It was thorough, thoughtful, and comprehensive.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

CRGH is a great fertility clinic. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nurse’s team is very helpful. The most important thing about the clinic is that all consultants are extremely knowledgeable in particular Dr Saab!

The Apricity staff who worked closely with me on my journey were very supportive, patient and caring throughout the process. They addressed my questions and concerns promptly, and created a relationship with me where I felt comfortable raising these with them.

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.
