We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

Waiting time was just a couple of minutes and staff are friendly

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.
