I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Finlay. His work is an art in itself. I've been suffering from multiple tachycardia and arrhythmia episodes that increased significantly during the last 6 months. The doctors put me on medications that made me tremendously sleepy and low on energy. During our first consultation, Dr. Finlay checked all the data and confirmed that he would be ready to perform an ablation procedure in my case. I had to fly in a short period of time with my grandkids, and Dr. Finlay and his team (special thanks to Kitti) managed to arrange the procedure in a very short time. Straight after the procedure, Dr. Finlay canceled all the medications that I had taken for my heart rhythm. The same day, I went home. It's been nearly two months now since the procedure, and I need to say I haven't had a single episode since. It's a miracle. Thank you very much. And God bless you in your daily magical work. I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Professor Amitava Banerjee was incredibly impressive. He was very professional and very personable at the same time during every interaction. While obviously being extremely knowledgable, which in itself was very reassuring, he was a very calm, genuine and personable; both a great doctor and a great person. He was always very attentive, never rushed and focused on the patient as an individual. During a very stressful period his knowledge, experience and manner were invaluable. We wish more were like him.

Dr Teresa Castiello is the best. She is never short with explanations and answers all questions very clearly. She seems to be someone with a real interest and attention to the patient and also very knowledgeable. Very satisfied.
