I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

Great experience

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

The doctors are excellent , extremely qualified , professional and ethical. They practice Medicine with great love and emphaty for their patients. The entire team , including Appointment attendants, reception , nursing and medical staff , consistently provide friendly , attentive and caring service . I highly recommend Messina Clinic.
