Very supportive and friendly

Attended for follow up appointment, surgery performed at The Fortiius Clinic, London.

Happy with my visit, good to meet the Doctor face 2 face.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Great place efficiently run service with good availability of appointments

The care I received from the clinic was exceptional. The staffs were always kind and professional. My questions were always answered quickly, and it was easy to communicate with them. Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The nursing team, receptionists, finance team, embryology team displayed a high level of professionalism and were always kind and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable.

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was in WMS, all the midwifes and staffs were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their dedication and kindness made all the difference during such a significant time in my life.

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.
