great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

A warm and welcoming environment. All the staff are exceptionally nice and incredibly helpful.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Booking an appointment, the appointment and care itself was great. I dont know if thr next section will ask about the billing process but this is what is making me doubt coming back again. I had to deal with serious pain yet was chased for payment that should have gone straight to bupa. Both sides were blaming the other. This has not happen on any other health appointment so it has put me off using the clinique because of the billing is done

I had a brilliant experience with the Clinic. I felt validated with my symptoms being taken seriously and I was treated with respect throughout.

The nurses and staff have always been really kind and informative. Liz in particular is a brilliant nurse. The clinic is very organised and I feel like I’ve received very high quality care.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

My over all experienced with Harley Medical Group has been excellent from pre-assessment until I had my surgery. They are very accomodating in terms of appointment changes. The nurses are excellent and very reassuring. The place itself is very good in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
