Gentle professional good bedside manner

Full explanation of procedure given, possible set backs discussed. Operation went well and I was able to walk next day (under supervision).

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. Mr Aston explained clearly the treatment, the risks and was able to answer my questions. I would have liked to have had more time to ask questions digest the answers before and after the surgery (on the day).

I’m not sure if this was my doctor because he didn’t introduce himself. He gave me pain killer medication that I did not ask for and did not want. I found him cold and abrupt.
