The Apricity staff who worked closely with me on my journey were very supportive, patient and caring throughout the process. They addressed my questions and concerns promptly, and created a relationship with me where I felt comfortable raising these with them.

My experience at the hospital was amazing. From the staff to the food, i was very pleased with the service. The hospitality and accommodating staff made me feel like the hospital was a home away from home.

The doctors and nurses have gone above and beyond to provide me with the right care and making sure I did my procedure on time before my 40th. I was impressed by the determination in which when errors were made, were quick and proficient in being fixed. Waiting times have been very good, no major waits in the waiting rooms. Special thanks to Dr. Pragati who went above and beyond, took time even out her working hours- to ensure I was provided with the correct information on procedure and ensured the IVF application was submitted on time given prior delays out.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

I found all the staff including nurses, food and beverage to be charming, helpful and all had a smile.

Dr Maha has been such an amazing and well experienced Doctor and I will definitely recommend anyone who is having problems to conceive to go to Dr Maha. The staffs were all great towards us as well and I enjoyed being the patient of Dr Maha because he lifted our hopes and spirits.
